Panel Type: Domestic & Commercial
Digi GSM Modem for Enforcer 32-WE v9 and above. The Digi-GSM provides SMS text messaging for communication of alarm events, remote control and remote diagnostics for the Enforcer control panel. It also communicates Fast Format and Contact ID.
An antenna is supplied on purchasing the Digi-GSM and can be easily installed on an existing or new installation.
Please note a SIM card is not supplied.
Up/downloading over GSM
Allows communication between the panel and PC running our unique UDL software for up/downloading, diagnostic interrogation, and Automatic Remote Maintenance (ARM©) (subject to network)
ARC Signalling over GSM
Allows alarm messages to be sent to a central alarm receiving centre via common protocols Fast Format and SIA.
SMS Messaging over
GSM Allows text messages to be sent via GSM directly to up to 4 mobile telephones

Shipping
We take great care in ensuring that our equipment is shipped safely and quickly to you. We strive to send out any orders received by 1400 to be with you for same day delivery but ask that you allow a maximum time of 3 working days for your items to arrive. If you are paying by cheque please allow up to 10 days for postage and cheque clearing. Collections are also welcome from our warehouse, please contact us when making a purchase to arrange collection. Smaller items (upto 1Kg) will be shipped via Royal Mail with heavier items being deliverd using FEDEX Courier services. When using FEDEX we like to include a customer contact number on the despatch note.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Returns
Should a customer wish to return a product for whatever reason then it is down to our discretion Whether we accept the return. All products will be subject to a re-stocking fee unless otherwise agreed by MAP Security. The item must be returned in orginal packaging complete with all details! Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced , however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item ( 14 days latest). It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us in its original packaging. If the item is found to be faulty, we will immediately issue a replacement product. NB1: Due to nature of use we cannot offer any warranty on any power supplies OR hardrives. MAP Security only supply Seagate & Western Digital *Purple) DVR Hard drives that come with a standard 3 year factory warranty. NB2: CCTV Equipment - In order to avoid any issues we test ALL items before shipping! All cameras MUST use a power supply purchased from MAP Security for warranty to be valid!
