Most of the orders are sent in safe padded bags or hard cardboard boxes. Large orders are secured in bubble wraps.

In the case of receiving an order in damaged or missing condition, you can simply take photos of the items and send them to us. You don’t have to return the damaged item. We will replace the damaged or resend the missing items. We try to give the best service and we appreciate your cooperation.
