Q: My decal hasn't arrived, what do I do?
A: If it has been longer than 5 business days, please verify your shipping address and send us a message on eBay.
Q: My decal arrived wet/damaged/torn/folded, what should I do?
A: Please take a picture of your decal and include the picture in a message to us on eBay and we will be happy to help.
Q: If I order bulk items can I get a discount?
A: Yes, we offer discounts on orders of 20+ decals. Message us on eBay and we will give you a quote.
Q: I missed a sale! When will you have another?
A: Our sales come at random times. We don't know when another will be posted.
Q: How do I remove my decal?
A: You can apply heat from a hair dryer for 2-3 minutes then carefully peel the heated decal away.
Q: It says you are out of certain colors, what can I do?
A: Just send us a message with the EBN number and color you would like and we should be able to help.
Q: I would like to order a different color, but I don't see it. What do I do?
A: Just send us a message stating the color you would like. We should have it in stock and will be able to fill your order.
Q: Why haven't you left me feedback?
A: We use an automated feedback system provided by eBay. Please do not write requesting feedback. We want you to be a return customer and we aim to please.
