DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
If an item is damaged the Buyer must notify us by email, including a picture of the damage, within 48 hours of delivery. If insured thru USPS we will file a claim on the Buyers behalf. The Buyer must have the item repacked and ready for the Post Office to pick up for inspection. Payment will be sent directly to the Buyer from USPS. For damaged items not insured thru USPS , the Buyer may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a replacement, or a store credit in the amount of the actual BID amount or BUY It NOW price. Buyer is to pay for the return shipping, the seller will pay shipping for the replacement item. The item must be in its original packaging or tags.
