Shipping & Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond FurnitureOkay's control once it leaves our facilities, FurnitureOkay cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
For bulky & heavy items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). Deliveries cannot be made to underground car parks as the trucks cannot negotiate these.
FurnitureOkay and its carriers will use our reasonable endeavours to provide an approximate time of delivery. However, many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met. We reserve the right to amend our stated timeframes without notice to you.
For bulky & heavy items, you may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. Please note, where you have agreed a day of delivery with us and/or the carrier, and you are not available, or unwilling to accept the goods, you agree to accept any detention, demurrage, return shipping, restocking, and redelivery charges associated with such delays.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged product to FurnitureOkay within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us to request a return. Products that are marked Refurbished, or Clearance are not eligible for the 30-day return policy. In addition, please note the following:
- The product must be returned in the original packaging in its original condition, including any accessories, manuals and documentation, is re-saleable, unused and as is.
- Initial delivery fee will not be refunded. In the event that the initial delivery fee is free, actual delivery fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Note the return shipping fee may differ in value to the initial delivery fee.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking/administration fee which covers warehousing, handling and logistics charges.
- Storage, additional delivery service and re-delivery fees will not be refunded.
- If you fail to take reasonable care of the products in returning them to us and this causes the damage to or deterioration of the products, you will be charged for the reduction in value, up to 100% of the value of the products.
Warranty
FurnitureOkay warrants the FurnitureOkay-branded product against defects in materials and workmanship when used in the usual course and for its intended purpose from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser. This Warranty continues for:
- (i) Two (2) years for frame structure, weaving, fabric, table top (aluminium, ceramic, timber, stone), legs (aluminium, timber)
- (ii) - One (1) year for stitching, cushion inserts, zips, movable mechanisms, table top (glass, steel, GRC), legs (iron, steel)
This Warranty does not apply:
- to damage caused by normal wear and tear, including fading, stains and discolouration, or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;
- to damage due to improper use, cleaning, maintenance, treatment, storage or otherwise caused by your acts or omissions;
- to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause;
- to variation in colours, inclusion of impurities and unfilled cavities or other imperfections in stone tiles;
- to variation in colours and finish, inclusion of knots and patches in timber products;
- to any movement, cracking or bowing in timber as a result of change in humidity or fluctuating temperatures;
- to any defects in products which we brought to your attention when you purchased the product;
- to products that are marked Refurbished or Clearance.
