The competition intakes did not come with the Pop Off plate/ valve and if you're going to use it in a street application, Most of the manifolds are designed for it just not with the holes tapped or finish drilled. 2 3/8" Allen bolt mounting holes are on 2-1/2" centers Kit includes the gasket, and both bolts, springs and the retainers.
