If the speedlight no longer powers up OR the speedlight unit has taken some damage, we may still be able to help with the repair BUT contact us first please.
From the time we receive your unit, most repairs are turned around in 7 - 10 business days.
We will contact you with instructions on where to ship your unit. When you ship the flash unit please package your it carefully to avoid further damage. Best way to ship your flash unit (and least expensive) is using USPS Priority Mail w/ tracking. After shipping please email us the tracking number.
