Shipping

Shipping cost:

Once payment is received we will ship normally within 1-2 business days. If the address you have provided is incorrect or you wish to change it after you have already paid, you must email us the correct street address via eBay's Messaging system as soon as possible to avoid delays in dispatching your order.Combined postage discount available for multiple items purchased and will be automatically calculated and adjusted at checkout, if not, please ask for consolidation before payment and do not pay until you receive the adjusted invoice. If express post is paid for, then we will post the same day or next business day. However please note some (remote) areas in Australia especially in WA/NT are not covered fully by the express post network and you may still experience delays due to this, they are not gauranteed for next day delivery. Please note our postage includes packing and material costs. Where free standard shipping is offered, standard postage may not include tracking for small items or clothing which are generally under $15. It is your responsibility to pay for parcel or express postage. Please use your judgement when choosing best method of postage for you and allow 1 or 2 extra days for parcel deliveries. When an item is required urgently please choose express delivery for faster delivery.

International Customers - it is your duty to pay all customs fees or duties for items imported into your country. Also we do not charge you the VAT (for certain countries) this is collected by EBAY and delivered to your countrys authorities. We do not get this money from you although ebay charges an additional fee on your VAT! If the item is returned to us because you didn't accept a delivery, a penalty could apply for restocking if you request a refund. Refunds are solely at our discretion in this instance.No refund after 60 days of the international sale if contact has not been made.

Delivery time:
Kindly allow up to 4 - 7 business days for your item to arrive for Metro areas and 5-10 business days for non-metro and regional areas (excludes public holidays). Terms of Service

A full refund will be offered if you wish to cancel. Cancellations can take up to 48 hours.

INo change of mind. If you buy an item and wish to cancel simply because you found a cheaper one elsewhere or because your child mistakenly used your phone or internet to buy something, we are not obliged to cancel the order. We are strict on this policy as it has been misused a lot by buyers. We have a right to charge you a cancellation fee of upto 25% of the order value if we accept your cancellation so please only buy if you are certain.

For products that involve batteries operation or warranty please contact the manufacturer for usage, instructions etc. If you need to return the item because it is dead upon arrival please let us know within 3 days of item being delivered or we cannot accept the returns.
