All our items are fully tested in our Bradford based warehouse by Colin, Steve & the team and we pride ourselves on providing a 1st class service with top quality items at low prices if you have any questions about our items please contact us & we will try answer any questions between 8am and 4pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY WARRANTY ON BATTERIES ON ANY ITEMS :: ANY MENTION OF HOW LONG A BATTERY LASTS IS JUST WHAT WE NOTICED WHILE TESTING AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND

unfortunately even though we are based on the outskirts of Leeds and Bradford, we keep only a very small selection of the items we sell with us, for the rest we use various fulfillment centers to look after and post the majority of our stock out.

If we were to get the item posted back to us from a fulfillment center they would charge us for posting the item back to us and because of that, we are unable to allow collection of the items we sell on eBay.

Due to our automated systems, once an order is placed we probably cannot cancel it, the only way to cancel an order is to not order in the first place or if you have ordered an item but not paid for it eBay will cancel the order after about a week of none payment.

All returns are subject to the terms below.

We are only able to price match against items listed on ebay.co.uk and the pricematch must include all delivery charges.
If you find this item cheaper with another seller on Ebay.co.uk and you would still like the item from us, send us a message and let us try to beat it making us an offer (using best offer link) with the item number of the cheaper item and we will try to beat it.

**NOTICE to International buyers**

Please be advised, we do not ship directly to international destinations.

eBay / Pitney Bowes / another company (eBay from now on) will ship the item to you and charge you for the shipping.

We ship to an eBay shipping center in the UK.

eBay will then check the item, confirm the condition and that it matches the item description and then they will ship the product on to you.

(**eBay charges you additional shipping Not us**)

Since there are additional shipping charges/fees involved (such as import tax etc) and these can be high depending on your location (These are also added to any offers made so if you offer £10 and the Import fees are £18 you will have to pay £28, not £10) also bear in mind if we charge shipping on an item that must also be paid in addition to these fees so again if an item costs £10 and import fees are £18 and our postage is £10 your total bill will be £38.

Be sure you are aware of all the costs involved to avoid an unhappy buying experience.

We cannot sell items without VAT as ALL Global Shipping items sold through eBay must be for personal use:

Section 6(c) of the Global Shipping Terms and Conditions states that all items bought must be for personal use:

“Non-Commercial Use. Any GSP Item that you purchase must be for the personal use or consumption of the designated recipient and not for commercial resale purposes.”

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU NEED AND KNOW ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING AND WHAT THE COSTS INVOLVED ARE BEFORE BIDDING, BUYING OR MAKING AN OFFER FOR AN ITEM AS INTERNATIONAL RETURNS CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR DECIDE YOU DON'T NEED THE ITEM AS ALL RETURNS CHARGES ARE AT THE YOUR EXPENSE.

Collection: We have outgrown our original warehouse and now use various other warehouse and fulfillment centers to post out our items so we no longer offer collection.

Delivery: Most items we post out include the delivery charge and are shown as "FREE" delivery on eBay.
Bulky Delivery: However some of the more bulky items have a variable cost for delivery depening on where in the UK you live, we were faced with a problem, do we charge everybody the lowest price and suck up the remaining cost ourselves? We did try this when we first started but were sending 2-3 times as many pallets to exotic postcodes than local ones and we were losing money, so now we charge the delivery at what it costs depending on where you live, delivery is billed at exactly what we pay, so we don't make money and don't lose money. The way this works is we have a list of postcodes on our listing with the prices and we ask that you pay the difference by Paypal between the standard price and the area you live in.
