Any type of payment on our eBay store is risk-free.

Whether you choose to pay with PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY, APPLE PAY or GOOGLE PAY, your data will always travel on secure and encrypted servers.

Your financial data will never be shared with us but will be managed directly by eBay. In the event of an order cancellation (either by the customer or by us), the amount will be re-credited to the payment method used for the order.

Shipping is carried out by express courier from Monday to Friday. The processing and shipping times of the order are specified in the "Shipping and payments" section on eBay (next to the "Description" section under the product photo).

The tracking number will be uploaded to the eBay platform as soon as the package is picked up by the express courier. If your package is stuck or in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our power to overcome the impasse.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and let us know if everything is OK, and if so, we ask you to leave Positive Feedback.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract/order made on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to provide any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal expires:

- Due to the lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the item (packaging and/or its content)
- Partial use of the item and any consumables
- The absence of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the above cases, we will return the purchased item to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The communication can be sent, within the same period, also by telegram, telex, and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The communication must contain:

- The expression of the will to exercise the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999
- The indication of the product(s) for which they decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
- The details of their bank account (this is to allow the refund of the due amount).

To obtain a refund of the amount paid, the customer must, at their own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.

Liability
We assume no responsibility for losses of items after the delivery of the goods.

The technical information provided is derived from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalog. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adjust the technical information of the products in the catalog, even without any notice.

We reserve the right to accept or decline orders that will be placed and, in any case, until the goods are out of stock.
