DISPATCH POLICY

· Our carriers will delivery between 2 and 3 working days after dispatch (Monday-Friday).

· Standard delivery is to UK mainland only, please note some Scottish highland addresses are excluded, make sure you include your postcode on your order.
· Carriers will only deliver to ground floor entrances.

RETURNS POLICY

· If you change your mind or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the order within 30 days after receipt of the item.
· It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the items back.
· If the item is faulty then we will cover the cost of collection, however if the product is simply unsuitable or not wanted then you will be required to cover the cost of the return.
· We will issue a refund on the item(s) when we have received the item back at our warehouse.
