We use Hunter express Couriers for most of our shipping requirements. Orders will usually ship with in 1 to 2 business days from Cleared Payment if the items are readily available at our warehouse.     In most cases you will be given a tracking number to follow you delivery in transit

Please contact us immediately if your delivery arrives damaged or short. You must provide us with photographic proof or proof of short delivery on delivery docket.

We understand sometimes things can go wrong or accidents may happen. We understand that sometimes you might purchase something and it doesn't quite meet your requirements. This is why we if you return your purchase within 7 days we will give you a full refund minus the delivery cost.

In case of Damages we are happy to replace or repair any damaged items for the same or similar item if in stock. In case of buyers remorse the buyer is to to return the item within 7 days with cost of delivery to and from buyers location paid by the buyer.

Buyers must contact us immediately if they wish to return any product. Replacement or repairs will only be shipped out once returned items are assessed by our technical staff.

All our products unless specified bust be installed by an Experienced Qualified Electrician If we suspect any un-qualified workmanship and you can not provide proof of contractor installation we will not replace or refund the product.
