If a warranty is offered on item being sold it will be in the specifics of the auction. Items with warranty are guaranteed against defect and will be replaced. If a replacement is not available we will refund your purchase price. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns of non-defective items.

All sales are final. All of our merchandise is in sold AS-IS condition & without warranty unless otherwise specified.  If item needs to be returned please contact our customer service representatives for an RMA number. Please do not return merchandise for any reason without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. This warranty does not cover damages incurred by the buyer.

Batteries: Consumables such as batteries have a limited lifespan and may not function as new. It will not provide a refund for battery malfunctions, unless we specifically guarantee the battery against DOA in the listing. 

Removing any labels from the unit voids warranty.
All serial numbers are recorded to prevent fraud.

TestingAll equipment listed with a warranty has been tested by our technical department. If we are not able to test the item or if it has a defect, the item will be sold “AS IS”.  Reasons for the “AS IS” auction will always be stated in the listing.
