This kit has been designed with the correct components to be fit to a House extension with a flat roof. We have flat roofing rubber roof kits listed for many types of flat roof such as Garden rooms, Garage roofs, Dormer roofs and Porch roofs. Please note that if you order the incorrect kit option for your roof you may be missing essential items for your roof, these kits have been created to make ordering as simple as possible.

1. 1.2mm EPDM Membrane: equal to your selected size
2. Water based adhesive: to stick the membrane to the main deck area
3. Contact adhesive: for bonding membrane to deck perimeter and the wall edge.
4. Sure Edge Kerb Edge Trim for 2 sides.
5. Sure Edge Gutter Drip Edge for the gutter edge
6. Metal Wall Trim for the wall edge
7. 2x External corner patches
8. ClassicBond EPDM Primer for the corner patches
9. 2 x Sure Edge External Kerb Edge corners 
10. 1 x Tool Kit (Scissors/Roller set/Mini roller)
11. All clips and pins are included for the trims

The Membrane size is the same as mentioned in kit size, you will need to ensure you have enough overhang. For a House extension roof you will need to add 300mm to the Width and 300mm to the length. For example, if your roof is 3.5m length x 5m width, you will need a 3.8m x 5.3m minimum kit size

Please Also note EPDM Is designed to be laid over Osb3/Timber Boards and not overlaid on to existing roof surfaces over such as Felt/GRP.
