DSG accepts payments made through PayPal and bank transfer. All payments must be made through the eBay checkout within 7 days of winning your item(s) stock availability can not be guaranteed after this point, your item may be re-listed.
If you require to pay DSG via Bank Transfer please message our customer service team. We prefer Paypal for protection of you the consumer and us the seller but are happy with whichever method you prefer.
All orders we received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day subject to working day.(Monday- Friday). We do not currently ship items over the weekend, and any order that is placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on the following monday. We currently use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Interlink Express.

Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 14 days of receipt. Return Postage is the responsibility of the buyer under these circumstances..

Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage.
