(Re-published in 1978 as "The Stein and Day Book of World Autographs" ISBN:0812824660) Hundreds of facsimile autographs and identifications of famous personalities from around the world: military, political, literature, monarchs, astronauts, musicians, scietists, prime ministers, presidents, etc. Not a scholarly work, but a nice reference for the dedicated autograph collector.
