ITEM CONDITION

Item removed from fully working vehicle. It’s not new, that’s why some used parts can have scratches (or other small physical damages), can be dirty, can consist used oil/coolant or other fluids. All our parts are genuine!  Item will be sold as it is shown in the pictures (when relisting the items, same pictures can be used, therefore, main code will be the same, but the other numbers may be different) ! Before buying please make sure this item will fit your car. Match your old part with the pictures to avoid any disappointments. Some pictures show OEM /Part number and you can match it with your old part ! If you are unsure, if this part will fit your vehicle, please CONTACT US before buying. It is our pleasure to advise and assist our customers!

Returns

Any returns other than a fault must be done so within 14 days of purchase in the same condition it was originally sent in. If returning an item for any other reason than a fault the buyer is responsible for all postage costs and a 15% handling / restocking charge is applicable. This applies even though we do not charge a postage cost we will still need to recoup what we originally paid to post the item.

All electrical and mechanical items are EXCLUDED from our returns policy for any other reason than a fault, if a fault has occured with the part purchased we will replace the item on receipt of the original purchased item. No refunds can be given on any item unless a replacement is not currently available.
