All our banners are printed using our brand-new Roland VS540i printers with only genuine Roland Eco-Sol Max 2 inks to ensure a longer lasting vivid banner.

We only use the best 510gsm banner material and they are hemmed and eye-letted all round so you know it will have the strength to last whilst outside in the British weather. Please note that we use plastic eyelets for our PVC banners.

We offer a free basic artwork service, which includes the layout of your text and photographs/images supplied. Our competitive prices only allow a small amount of design time for your order. However, if you would like a more complex design, our prices for artwork start from just £10. Please message us for more information.

Due to strict eBay rules we cannot send an email address before a purchase has been made. The instructions of how to send your artwork including the email address are in the SALES CONFIRMATION email that eBay will send you after you make the purchase.

Our turnaround time is incredibly quick, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of artwork supplied or design approval.

If we are doing the artwork for you, it can take slightly longer than stated due to the extra work involved.

How to Order

1.     Design your artwork to the correct dimensions for the banner size you have purchased.  We can accept your artwork in AI EPS, PDF, PSD, CDR, JPEG, BMP, TIFF formats. The ideal resolution is images is 300dpi - please contact us if you have any concerns regarding your artwork/design.

2.     Click buy now.

3.     How to send your artwork/text to us. Due to eBay rules and regulations, we are unable to supply our details before the purchase of the item. After purchase you will receive a confirmation email from us including all of the necessary information to proceed with your order.

4.     Upon receipt of your artwork, we will verify it is print ready and let you know if there is a problem. (PLEASE NOTE if your artwork is NOT to scale we will re-size your artwork to the size purchased regardless of the original size sent to us, irrespective of the artwork quality supplied.)

5.     Free Basic design includes 2 proofs

6.     If we produce a basic design for you we will email a proof and wait for your approval before printing, we WILL NOT print until we receive your confirmation.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's 48 hour service (2 to 3 working days). Delivery can be upgraded to Royal Mail's 24 hour service (1 to 2 working days) or via our next day courier service. Please select your preferred delivery method when checking out.

We will refund goods that are damaged or faulty on arrival as long as they are returned to us in the exact condition and packaging they were sent in. Please note that we will not refund where the item has been damaged by faulty fitting or otherwise tampered with. We need to be notified of any faulty goods within 5 days. Custom made or personalised items CANNOT be returned if ordered in error, please check the listing carefully or contact us prior to ordering.
