This listing is for as many stickers that will fit onto a sheet of vinyl measuring 1300mm x 700mm

We accept the following file formats:

Due to strict eBay rules we cannot send an email address before a purchase has been made. The instructions of how to send your artwork including the email address are in the SALES CONFIRMATION email that eBay will send you after you make the purchase.

We accept most high resolution or vector formats. We cannot accept any artwork that is sent via eBay’s messaging system as the artwork will be compressed and lose quality. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your artwork.

We also cannot accept jobs that have been planned up (nested) as our machines each have different tolerances and we wouldn’t be able to ensure you get the highest possible quality.

We can print multiple designs/sizes per sheet but the maximum is FIVE. We can do more if required but we kindly ask you to contact us prior to ordering. Please note that we cannot cut stickers less than 20mm.

Stickers over A4 size will incur an additional postage fee of £5.

CONTOUR CUTTING

If you are sending us vector based artwork our machines can cut your artwork to virtually any shape as it is made up of curves. However, if your artwork is made using a bitmap format (e.g. jpeg, png, gif etc) these do not have the information needed for the machines to cut so it will normally cut using the image’s edges usually square or rectangular. If you would like a more complex shape please ask us and we can usually help although they may be a nominal artwork charge if it requires a lot of work.

BLEED

We recommend you send your artwork with a bleed to avoid any important parts of your design being chopped off or your stickers having unsightly white edges. Please see below for examples or get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

We cannot accept any returns due to white edges as this is an issue with artwork and not our machines. If the bleed on your artwork has been set up correctly then this will not be an issue.

INKS

We only use genuine OEM inks from the printer’s manufacturer to ensure we get consistent results every time we print and you can be sure your colours will be accurate every time you order.

Your print might look slightly different to on your screen because your screen uses RGB (Red, Green & Blue) colours but our printers use the industry standard of CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key or Black).

We print using CMYK inks and strongly recommend supplying files in CMYK rather than RGB. Our RIP software will convert RGB files into CMYK which can cause significant changes to the colours used in the original RGB file. We cannot be held responsible for colour changes when RGB files are supplied. Please speak to us prior to ordering if you have any concerns.

LAMINATING

Laminating offers protection to your stickers against cleaning products, stretching and sunlight. Your prints will last a lot longer out in the elements if you would like us to laminate your product please do not hesitate to ask. This service is available for a small fee.

VINYL

We get a lot of questions about this listing regarding our vinyl material. We use the best vinyl material available for our machines and they are calibrated to print on WHITE material. We get many questions about printing on clear vinyl and unless the surface it is being applied to is white, the results are very unpredictable for our type of ink. A company that prints thermally is probably more suited to your needs.

This listing is for labels which are generally smaller than an C4 envelope, which are normally sent via Royal Mail. However, if the items are larger than this, we normally send them via MyHermes 2-3 working day service or DPD on a next day service if requested for an extra charge. An additional postage fee will apply for non-UK orders over A4 size.

We will refund goods that are damaged or faulty on arrival as long as they are returned to us in the exact condition and packaging they were sent in. Please note that we will not refund where the item has been damaged by faulty fitting or otherwise tampered with. We need to be notified of any faulty goods within 5 days. Custom made or personalised items CANNOT be returned if ordered in error, please check the listing carefully or contact us prior to ordering.
