Delivery time is based on your location and the shipping carrier. Generally, 90% of our packages get to our customers within 1-3 business days, while West Coast customers can expect their packages in 4-5 business days. RETURNS:

60 Day Returns. Plain and Simple.
Standard Return Policy Overview.
You may return merchandise purchased from Showtime Electronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the following procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 45 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.

Returns For Refund

A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 1-2 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost. On items with free shipping returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we paid the shipping courier will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY

We are authorized dealers for all of the items we sell. This means you have a full manufacturer warranty for the item you purchase. Items That Can Not Be Returned Or Warrantied

Defaced Serial Numbers: Any items that the serial number is defaced or removed. We track all serial numbers and need this information to verify you purchase.

Blown Subwoofers or Speakers: Blown subwoofers or speakers are defined by the manufacturer as a user defect and can not be warrantied. In the event there is a mechanical issue or physical issue with the speaker, we can get an RA from the manufacturer for you to send the speaker or subwoofer in for service. If the subwoofer or speaker is blown, you may be charged for repair.

Used Merchandise or Cut Wire: Used merchandise can not be returned unless defective, and all packaging and components are returned as well. Wire cut or partially used can not be returned.

We accept PayPal as our only payment method, which allows you to use any credit card, debit card, or bank account you desire. Aside from PayPal and eBay working together to ensure customer safety, PayPal allows customers to choose whichever payment method they desire, including credit card (American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard), debit card, among others.
