Returns Information

As a business seller, we allow 30 days for a refund, and buyer pays return postage for change of mind and other non-fault purchases.

If the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description; the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; and you have notified us within 14 working days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may return the order and receive a refund.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in unused condition.

Products must be returned in the same condition (original package) as they were delivered.

Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. It is advisable to send with a service that has proof of delivery as you, the buyer, are liable for the item until it reaches us safely.

Retuns should be initiated through the eBay return procedure, and include order/return information within the package for us to process accurately.

Delivery Information

Most of our items ship via Royal Mail, so these are able to be sent to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Where products are sent via courier, then these will require a small surcharge, depending on the area. In this instance, please ask for details and a quote.

We only deliver to the address given via eBay, so please ensure this is correct on confirming your order.
