Is this item brand new?
All of the items we sell are brand new and unopened unless otherwise specified. We do not sell “factory seconds”, “B-Stock” “replicas” or “second quality” items. If the item says “New” under item condition then that means it is a brand new item exactly like the one you would find in your local retail store, the only difference is that our price is much lower!

I am an international customer; does this item have the proper voltage for my country? Does it have the correct maps for my country?
All electrical items that we sell are U.S. Voltage only unless otherwise specified in the listing. Region Codes and Maps are all made for North America unless otherwise specified in the listing. Please keep the above in mind when purchasing.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge New York Sales Tax only. If your shipping address is in New York then you will be charged sales tax.

Can I pick up my item instead of having it shipped?
No. All orders must be shipped, no exceptions.

How do I see the shipping rates for my country
Click on the Shipping and payments tab to the right of the description tab and select your country from the dropdown menu to see the shipping costs.

My country is not listed; do you ship to my country?
If you cannot select your country to view the shipping rate then that means that we do not ship to your country.

Can I change my shipping address after I have already completed and submitted the payment?
No. PayPal requires us to ship to the address that they send us in order to be covered under their seller protection program. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address is correct before making the purchase.

Is a signature required upon delivery?
In some cases a signature in person is required for delivery. If you will not be home during the day to sign for the package, please have the item shipped to your work address instead. We will not take off a signature requirement; there are no exceptions to this rule. You can check your tracking details to see if a signature is added or not.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship out within 1 business days. All shipping takes place on business days, not on weekends or holidays. If you are outside of the Unites States please note we have absolutely no control over customs; how long they take or how they assess packages; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order.

Will you send me a tracking number? How will I know when my item has shipped?
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to eBay. You can locate the tracking number by looking up the order details in your eBay account.
