We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your purchase. Prior to returning, you must contact us and explain your reasons for return. We endeavor to resolve all problems where possible. Shipping

We despatch orders in 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday - Friday). We dispatch via Royal Mail's trackable service where possible if delivery is within UK. International Tracked for outside UK. Collections are from SW London and can be arranged Monday to Saturdays, 10:00 - 18:00.
