2. Delivery / Courier delays - We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. All components should be fitted with the professional manner by a professional garage and authorised person, and every component should be inspected before the installation, in case of noticeable defect it should be immediately reported, and under any circumstances the component should not be fitted until replaced.
4. All parts are covered with 1 year warranty, or - in case of the service parts (ie. filters) 6000 miles. Special warranty conditions may apply to some of the SRT-8 and SRT-10 models, and also some other post 2018 build engines where 0W/40 or 0W/20 engine oil is used. See oil manufacturer label for more information.
Product warranty does not cover failure due to misapplication, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper service practices or modifications, and may be void if the purchased from us installed component was used for:
* any type of racing or competition;
* any off-road use, custom or modified applications;
* any off-road or dual sport motorcycle/ ATV use
* any illegal highway use, marine, or industrial applications.
5. All information about fitment provided in our item descriptions are correct as per actual vehicle catalogue model year, not as indicated by the vehicle reg. numbers.
