Parts are unused and in original packaging. Box says "General Motors Delco Brake Hydraulic Brake Service Part - Contents: Wheel Cylinder Group No. 4.665 1-Part No. 5450406 (520C) Made in the U.S.A. General Motors Parts Division General Motors Corporation" The packages are in rough condition due to storage. The wheel cylinders are in very nice NOS condition. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive. Sold as is.
