The listing price includes: replacing the hi-failure / non-serviceable fuel pump relay ONLY…..We ARE NOT selling the fuse box shown in this listing & we DO NOT complete any other work than that stated in this listings description w/o customers prior authorization.
*Advisory: per our listing description below, we do not accept units from flood cars due to high probability of harmful bacteria that can expose our personnel to dangerous pathogens. Be aware, it is unlawful to ship known or suspected contaminated materials without special handling/packaging/permissions.

I just wanted to thank you for all the great service you provided. There wasn't enough space in the feedback line for me to say how great you handle your business. I'm posting a link on the ford forum about your service because I have dumped so much money into this vehicle trying to fix this problem and its worth the time and money to have the fuse box checked by your company first before trying to replace all the parts I did .

GENERAL POLICES & OTHER INFORMATION: We do not accept fire, flood or connector burn-thru units which are usually not cost effective to repair (contact us for options orclick on our "See Other Items" link above to see listing for our refurbished & core exchange units). If you have already attempted to fix the unit yourself and damaged the unit, additional charges may apply. You are purchasing a professional repair service completed by a certified tech on your Expedition or Navigator fuse box circuit card replacing the non-serviceable fuel pump relay ONLY completed at your request IAW listings repair level description. Please note, we are not responsible if you have misdiagnosed your fault & this repair does not fix your issue. Repaired circuit/parts are checked for proper operation before unit leaves our facilty so if your unsure this is your problem or you have other problem indications in addition to stalling or no-start issues, CONTACT US FIRST before purchase. WARRANTY: 90 day Manufacturers Defective Parts Warranty (non-transferrable) on any part we install due to a manufacturers internal defect. We will honor that warranty by installing a replacement part in your fuse box. Frequently, fuse box failures result from another part or corroded wiring affecting the fuse box unit. Warranty DOES NOT cover any part that fails due to an out of tolerance input or high current on circuit from other bad components or parts that can cause a repeat failure which is easily identified by hi-temp discolor and/or melted part). SHIPPING: Customer is responsible for shipping cost to us. We return ship to you free of charge by USPS Priority or Fedex Ground (1-3 day) if repair is a valid warranty claim. 1 day shipping is available in shipping options during checkout for additional fee. We do not complete any other work than that stated in this listing w/o the customers prior authorization. After repair(s) are complete, the repair tech will "contact buyer" w/ any recommendation(s) they feel are necessary for the owner to complete in addition to our repair(s) "if applicable" to help prevent a repeat failure which is not covered by our warranty.
