Shipping

FREE SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: In order to offer Free Shipping, as well as faster delivery options, eBay's technical requirements force us to select a carrier. We reserve the right to change carriers in order to get the best price and options (Applies to free shipping only, if you select another option we will ship with that option!). If you have trouble receiving packages from a particular carrier due to location or some other circumstance, please notify us in your order note. Free shipping does not apply to products over 130 lbs or that have other large dimensions requiring special freight handling.

Orders will usually ship same business day of receiving payment.

We ship Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.

Returns

Please contact us if you need to return an item. All non-defective returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Non-defective returns will be refunded minus any shipping charges (if your shipping was free we will deduct our charges for originally shipping the item to you.) a 20% restocking will be charged

International Shipping

Import Tax (Duties) / VAT

Most countries apply some form of import taxation (known as duties or VAT) on imported goods. If you are unsure if your country applies import taxes you should contact your local Customs agency for further information.

·       The buyer is responsible to pay all import taxes.

·       We have ZERO control over import taxes and cannot qoute you costs - contact your country's government.

·       Please do not leave Neutral/ Negative feedback concerning import fees - it is a violation of eBay policy.

·       We cannot misrepresent your order as a "gift" on Custom forms - it is illegal.

Please do not order items that are in violation of your countries Custom laws. Goods that are in violation of importation laws are subject to seizure and loss. Contact your countries Customs Agency if you are unsure if an item conforms to import laws.

Shipping Internationally

Although most international orders arrive between 4-14 days (depending on destination country and shipping method), sometimes a package is delayed for reasons out of the control of us (Customs is usually the reason).

Our primary shipping method for international orders is USPS First Class Mail International, International Express. If the country you reside in does not receive USPS service an alternate method may be used at our discretion; and your costs to ship may be higher due to special handling/ packaging costs

If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner after we indicate the package was shipped, please contact Customs and/or your local Post Office first before contacting us  . Be aware - International shipments can take up to 30 days!

·       We are not responsible for international items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.

Payment Methods Accepted

We only accept international payments in U.S. dollars and only in the form of Paypal.

We DO NOT accept any other form of payment such as Bank checks, Postal checks, wire transfers, etc...

We will return any bank or postal checks and we will not ship the order until we receive a payment in the form we accept.
