- I will do my best to get your order processed and printed within 2 working days of payment but sometimes this can take longer during busy periods.

- Please note that due to the nature of personalisation, it is with regret that I am unable to accept returns for goods unless they are proven to be damaged or faulty. In this instance I will offer a refund or replacement once the goods are returned. Buyer pays return postage. If there is a mistake with the spelling of the name and it is my fault I will send a replacement or refund without the need for the buyer to return the original goods.
