Returns and Refunds Policy

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

Before you return a product, please make sure that you contact us first and that product is undamaged. Check product for damage and discrepancies and contact us immediately.

We must be contacted within 14 days of delivery for all returns.

Only complete returns are accepted. We do not take partial returns due to the nature of our product.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Damaged items: If shipping damage has occurred please document damage (with photos) and notify shipping company and us, within 48 hours of receipt.  

Sale items: Specially marked sale/closeout items can be returned or funded. Samples are non-returnable/non-refundable
