Apollon Audio NC800 SLIM Hypex Based Amplifier
Apollon Audio Stereo NC800 SLIM Amplifier with true dual mono design with Hypex NCore NC500 delivering power for the most demanding studio, PA or audiophile speakers with amazing clarity and brutal honest linear sound.

The
case of the Apollon NC800SL is very robust. The amplifier has high quality ETI-RESEARCH BP-20C Binding Posts or Neutrik Speakon, Neotech
UP-OCC 14AWG Solid Copper Speaker Output Wire, Neutrik high quality gold
plated XLR sockets, Quality mains sockets and white illuminated front
standby switch.
The Apollon NC800SL also has a dedicated built in PSU that controls the SMPS1200 and NC500 standby and soft start mode that prevent loudspeaker pops when you turn on/off the amplifier. There are two switches on the amplifier. The Mains ON/OFF power button on the back panel and the standby switch on the front panel. When the front button is not engaged the amplifier is in standby mode with a consumption of only 1,8W. When the front standby button is engaged the amplifier idle power consumption is only 18W compared to 150-200W for a Class A/B power amplifier.
