PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Aluminium Flaps of KRAL series are made of aluminium profiles and waterproof drywall panels of 12.5mm thickness. The product is equipped with minilatch springs clips, thanks to which the door leaf is opened and closed after it is pressed. It is recommended to paint the panel in a colour corresponding to the colour of the room in which the product is installed.

APPLICATION:

The KRAL inspection flaps provide for easy access to wall or ceiling inspection openings, as well as recesses containing gas/water/ electricity meters, hydrants, etc. They are available in various sizes so they can be installed in spaces where larger devices are located, e.g. hydraulic manifolds. It is forbidden to install ceramic tiles for KRAL series flaps.

INSTALLATION:

Make a hole in 12.5 mm gypsum board of the size of the flap + 5mm.
Place the flap in the hole and then level.
Fix the inspection flap frame with screws. The number of screws used should be adapted to the size of the flap.
Fill the gaps in the connection between the flap and the gypsum board and level out the surface in the area of screws with construction putty.
After the putty has dried up, coat the surface with paint.

Return, Exchange and Refunds

Returns: You have 14 days of return period if you decided not to keep the item. You will be responsible for the return cost and item returned must be in original packaging unopened and unused condition.

Exchange: If you have decided to exchange the item already received, you need to first return the original item in original packaging unopened and unused condition.

Faulty Item: You will receive a refund or replacement when we have received and tested faulty item which usually takes 1-2 weeks after we have received your item. Some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing or repair which can take longer.

We do not offer a replacement service while your item is being tested. If you need to continue using your item then we would suggest that you place a new order for the same or similar product and request a refund for your faulty item.

Delivery Information

Dispatch Time: We normally dispatch the item within 1 working day once the payment is cleared.

Free Delivery: Free delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered. In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

Express Delivery: It takes 1 working day for the item to be delivered after dispatch. In most cases, you will receive your item in 24 Hrs but sometime it may take more than 1 working day. If needed URGENTLY, please use express service at checkout.

If You are not in to Accept Delivery: If you or the intended recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redeliver or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you. We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery.
