Up for auction is an Dell Latitude E5430 laptop.  Laptop has been partially tested.  This system is a working pull from the field.  Please read below for item specifics, cosmetic condition and items tested.  Ubuntu has been installed so that the computer is ready to use out of the box.  A Windows COA Decal is affixed to the computer, but a Windows OS is not installed.  While we provide the serial number of this unit to potential buyers, any information found on the internet may differ than the unit listed in this auction.  This laptop is great for the home, school or work!  Item in the photos are of the item being sold.  Please read the terms and conditions before bidding.  Thanks for looking!

Domestic Shipping:

Please see item listing for shipping service options and fees.  We generally ship Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).  Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment through PayPal and will only ship to the address supplied via PayPal/eBay.  Please make sure the shipping address is correct as modifications cannot be made once the payment has been made.  Orders will be canceled if a change of address is requested after payment has been made.  A signature will be required for auctions totaling $750 or more (including shipping and handling costs) upon delivery.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.  Buyer will be responsible for picking up items if the courier decides to not drop the package off due to security concerns. Transit times may vary (especially during peak times) once the item is in the possession of the shipping carrier and we will not be held responsible for any delayed or lost items.  We reserve the right to ship using a different carrier without notice.  Your item may be shipped in a box with packing materials that are being reused.  Shipping costs include shipping fees and handling fees.

International shipping:

Return Policy:

Please contact us prior to initiating a return on eBay.  We only accept returns only if the item received is significantly not as described in the listing.  Please read the auction description carefully prior to bidding and please ask questions regarding the item being purchased if more information is needed.  Winning bidder will have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to contact us regarding any issue about the item.  Return clock begins when the items is released from the courier to the address where it was delivered to and includes weekends and holidays.  We must receive the item the way it was received when it was delivered.  A restocking fee of 20% of the ending price may apply to returns (DOA items are not subject to restocking fees).  Please contact us within two days of a product that is dead on arrival (DOA).  DOA items must be shipped back within three business days after the return has been approved.  Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.   

International Returns:

We do not accept international returns at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Data Policy for Items Accepted for Returns:
The San Diego Futures Foundation will not be held responsible for any data or media left on or in the device being returned.  The original operating system (if included) must remain on the system or a restocking fee will be applied to the return.  We will not return any data or any media left on a device that is returned.  No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Warranty:

All items sold by the San Diego Futures Foundation are provided “As-Is” with no warranty.  No support will be provided for the item(s) being purchased on eBay.  Please contact the manufacturer for technical assistance.  We cannot transfer any warranty if any warranty period is left for any items being sold.
