Presentation/Gift Wrapping:
 We ship most items in our signature style gift wrap, with a blank gift tag for you to write your own message. If you would like a personalised service, please contact us prior to purchase. We respect the environment, so often use recycled packaging (outer material only), unless requested otherwise. Listings state whether items are in their original packaging. If not in original packaging, most jewellery comes in a little presentation pouch and most shoes in a plain box.

Returns: We do our best to ensure that all items are represented as accurately as possible and that they arrive in their illustrated/advertised condition. However, there may be a rare occasion when an accident happens. If the fault lies with us, a full refund, including shipping, will be issued. If a discretionary return (e.g. the item doesn’t fit/suit), a refund for the item will be issued, however the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return and original shipping charges.

If there’s an issue, please notify us immediately, upon receipt. Failure to do so may invalidate the return/exchange/refund process.Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation. Returns must be in the original packaging and in an unchanged condition, from the condition sold (i.e. new/unused/unworn). We recommend returning items via tracked/signed for delivery, as we won't be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once a returned item has been received and quality checked, a refund will be processed by the original method of payment (PayPal), within 24 hours. We will confirm receipt and when a refund has been issued.
