Pre-owned Coach handbag, coach style number 19839. This is a large/extra large handbag, please check the "item specifics" for its measurements. EVERYTHING you see in the 1st picture (and ONLY things you see in the 1st pic) comes with the bag. The stock picture is used to show the proportion of the bag only.

Condition: The purse shows some minor signs of wear, overall it is in very good condition. The two handles are in good shape, the leather doesn’t show much discoloration, and the edging is not peeled or cracked. The “O” rings are not frayed. The surface has some tiny little pen marks, plz see Picture 1 for details. Some areas show very minor discoloration, they don’t show much in pics or in person. Overall the leather is in very good condition. The bottom has one circle mark, it is very difficult to notice, plz see Picture 2 for details. The bottom corners don’t show noticeable signs of wear. The interior is overall very clean. The purse is free of odor. All zippers work properly. No dust bag is included.

Please note we are a pet free and smoke free home, but because those items are used, I can't guarantee they have never been exposed to cigarettes, smoke or pet odor from previous owners.


About returns:

1. I take all returns within 30 days after the buyer receives the item, but the item has to be in the same condition as it was delivered;

2. A ten percent re-storage fee applies to your return ONLY if: the returned item has a new odor, for example perfume or cigarets or; It shows more wear than it had when it was sent out.

3. If you have to return a item, PLEASE DONT CHOOSE "item is not as described" as your reason for return unless you really feel that I did a poor job in describing your item;

4. Please mail back EVERYTHING I packed in the package;

5: Please DON'T send back packages that require a signature at delivery;

6. I will issue the refund ON THE SAME DAY that I receive the item.
