Fantastic quality to this 9ct yellow gold charm of a jockey racing riding a Charming buckle detail to the front of this sterling silver double pendant locket attached to a fantastic quality book chain necklace from the Victorian period.
The sterling silver of the locket as well as the book chain have been tested as there are no silver marks to either. The book chain is in fantastic order all links present & charming detailing to the links see pictures.
Great raised buckle detail to the front of the locket, the rear is plain. Good hinge & the locket snaps shut securely. Inside both slips but both lenses are missing see pictures. The locket is attached to the chain with a good large secure bolt ring clasp with a good spring.
Length of chain 38.6 cm or 15.1 inches.
Width of chain 1.8 cm or 0.7 inches.
Size of locket including bale 6.2 x 3.4 cm or 2.4 x 1.3 inches.
