You are bidding on an Opened, Never Played with Lego Minifigure Series 4 - HAZMAT GUY!

Comes as shown! Does Not include instructions.

CONDITION: Minifigure is in excellent condition stored in a clean, smoke-free environment.

PAYMENT:

All payments accepted through PayPal only.  Bidders with less than 10 feedbacks scores MUST pay within 24 hours of end of auction or your purchase will be cancelled and the item relisted. All others bidders MUST pay within 3 days of end of auction or your purchase will be cancelled and the item relisted.  See return listing on item for return policy.  However, if for some reason the item is not as listed, I will always refund full purchase price upon receipt of returned item (using Ebays return escrow system).

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped using the least expensive shipping method for that item unless otherwise specified by the purchaser.  Smaller items will be shipped in new padded envelopes while larger items will be shipped well protected in appropriate corrugated cardboard boxes. I will generally ship international and will make appropriate arrangements with the purchaser for international shipments.  I generally try to ship within three business days of payment. However, I travel occasionally and will contact you if I cannot ship within that 3 day window.  I generally don't provide insurance on shipments unless requested by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for insurance costs.
