If you already have a Pyronix Enforcer system installed and are looking to upgrade the control panel from V9 to V10 this is the product you require. With updated firmware and built in wi-fi the V10 control panel phases out the requirement of PTSN by utilising your wireless internet connection.

All of your existing Pyronix Enforcer equipment (PIRS, Keypads, door contacts etc...) will still be compatible with this panel.

Shipping

A vast majority of our stock is kept on shelf and will be dispatched same day (within 12 hours of purchase) for next day delivery. Certain specialist items can have a lead time of up to three days and particular cameras can have a 10 day lead time, however we always strive to get you your items as soon as possible. All Ebay shipping is free of charge.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Returns

Should a customer wish to return a product for whatever reason then it is down to our discretion Whether we accept the return. All products will be subject to a re-stocking fee unless otherwise agreed by MAP Security. The item must be returned in orginal packaging complete with all details!

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced , however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item ( 30 days latest). It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us in its original packaging. If the item is found to be faulty, we will immediately issue a replacement product.

NB1: Due to nature of use we cannot offer any warranty on any power supplies OR hardrives. MAP Security only supply Seagate & Western Digital *Purple) DVR Hard drives that come with a standard 3 year factory warranty. 

NB2: CCTV Equipment - In order to avoid any issues we test ALL items before shipping! All cameras MUST use a power supply purchased from MAP Security for warranty to be valid!
