WARRANTY:

• We offer an included 30-day warranty for this motor, from the date of possession. This warranty will cover that no problems will occur if the engine is installed in the vehicle properly by a certified mechanic. In the event that a part of the engine block or head is found to be defective, this part will be replaced.
• Our warranty covers all internal engine parts. Engine block, cylinder barrels and cylinder head are also warranted to be free of cracks or distortion.
• The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of a defective item(s) and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization number from JDM of San Diego before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package, as well as inside.
• We are not responsible for any labor work. Our warranty is ONLY on the motor block and head.
• Warranty is VOID if engine is blown or seized due to customer negligence - (i.e., racing, running vehicle without motor oil, high revving, etc.)
• All wear and tear parts (e.g. timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
• Warranty of any Seized or Blown engines by customer during warranty period due to unprofessional installation or any other reason is void.
• You will receive the item as shown in the pictures. Any other additional parts required to complete your swap will have to be purchased separately. Some products may require additional components to be fully functional but will be stated in listing.
• Warranty is VOID if the engine is disassembled or parted-out internally such as removal of the head, pistons, rings, connecting rods, crank shaft etc.  

RETURNS:

• Contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) #. Returns without a RA# will not be accepted.
• Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
• No item will be accepted for returns after the warranty period has elapsed. 
• Return the product to us with the original packaging and a copy of the original receipt to the address given to you by the customer service representative.
• Item must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled.  We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
