Lens in user condition. I don't see any haze or fungus. Some microdusts and tiny dots are present but do not affect image result. Aperture ring is sometime sticky between f1.5-f2, but still movable by some turning movements. Hoya Skylight filter is included. 

  

The adapter was bought new and I got it relubricated for smoother focusing.
