Got this with my Surface Pro 4 and did not use it.  

Briefly tried it out when I got it - but I can barely write legibly on paper much less a screen - so it has just on a shelf not being used. Condition is like new.

I just tested it out and confirmed battery is still good and working fine. I believe this may work with other Surface products including the 3 but I'm not certain to what degree. I have a Surface Laptop and it seems to work fine with it as well.
