Mens Size M Scout Leader Uniform Shirt.  Used but no flaws.  From the early 90's, not sure how much they have changed since then.

No rips, cuts, stains, snags or glue residue from removed patches.  The only patches removed were from the shoulder, the Council patch and Pack number patch.  Both had been stitched.
