These vintage Fenwick Blanks were part of a tackle shop closeout. They date back to the late 80's/90's.

1300 6' Graphite/Glass Boat - Graphite Butt/white fenglass tip. Fenwick experimented with this design when the introduced the BigSurftik. Strong butt, flexible tip, would make a very nice inshore fluke/seabass rod.
