Free postage is only available in the UK. All UK orders are sent by standard 2nd class Royal Mail, delivery time for this service is usually 3 days from date of dispatch. European orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail service and delivery time is usually 3-5 days. If ordering from outside the UK or if you require a different postage method (1st class, next day or recorded) then please feel free to contact us for a postage quote. Please note that the above delivery times are only given as a guide.

RETURNS

If for any reason your purchase is unsuitable then please send us a e-mail within 7 days of receipt.

A full refund for the value of the item will be given upon receipt of the returned item back into us. In all cases the item must be received in it's original condition and with all it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.We do ask that you state your name or e-bay user ID on the returns form when sending items back.

No responsibility can be given for items lost or damaged in the post as this is out of our control.
