Delivery
All of our products are in stock and dispatched within one working day, upon clearance of payment (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders are sent in plain packaging. We are required to display a return address, which is shown as 'Evotex'. Our full company name will not be displayed.
Your order will be shipped by the service that you select at checkout. The following options are currently available,
United Kingdom
Royal Mail 2nd Class: Usually delivered in 2-4 working days. Please allow 10 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Usually delivered in 1-3 working days. Signature required on delivery. Please allow 10 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next Working Day delivery (Monday to Friday). Signature required on delivery.
European Union/Worldwide
International Standard Airmail: Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Please allow 15 working days.
International Tracked/Signed: Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Signature required on delivery. Please allow 15 working days.
We are legally required to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the European Union. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be borne by you.
