This specifically will replace original scanner models KI-OE2411RCZZ or KI-OE2388RCZZ only, so if your register uses that model and it works, then these should also work. These are tested with the XE-A507 and are guaranteed to work with that register model only.
MS3780 Features:
The small button changes the scan pattern from omnidirectional to a single line pattern (if desired) and the large button is used to perform scans. When the scanner is placed in the stand, it will scan automatically without needing to press any buttons whenever a barcode is put in front of it. When taken out of the stand, the scanner will automatically go back into trigger operation mode.
This scanner set is completely plug and play right out of the box and includes everything you'll need to use it right away. Sharp recommends that you completely unplug the register prior to plugging the scanner into the register. Once the scanner is plugged in, you can plug the register back into AC power. Be sure to have working backup batteries in the register when unplugging as this could cause you to lose settings while the AC power is unplugged without good backup batteries if applicable to your model.
