Once you have paid, send your image/logo to use through ebay messenger. If your artwork is not the correct size we will resize your image and fill it as much as possible. All messages will be sent through ebay messenger. We do not create bespoke designs, this is printing your artwork only. We do another other listings with hundreds of templates you can use if you do not have artwork.

Wait for your order to arrive.

SPECIFICATION

All labels are 37mm in diameter and printed on A4 sheets, there are 35 labels per A4 sheet. We now have available:

Matt White (Paper label with adhesive back)
Gloss White (Gloss labels which is water resistant)
Transparent Gloss (Glossy clear labels which are water resistant, suitable for glass)
Transparent Matt (Matt clear labels which are water resistant, suitable for paper but not glass)

Any area that is white on the transparent labels will be clear and not printed, the print is translucent so is best to be put onto light surfaces. We also recommend darker colours to be used on the transparent labels as the pastel colours will be harder to see on glass or plastic. If you are to choose a template that has an all over print our white gloss or Matt gloss labels are the best finish to choose instead of the transparent. If you have any questions regarding our transparent labels please contact us before you order. If you require these to be water resistant but on a dark surface then we recommend our white gloss labels.

Please note, any delays in sending artwork will delay in production.























All orders are normally dispatched same working day if placed before 12:00pm via 2nd class Royal Mail. Options to upgrade to 1st class, 24 tracked or next working day courier are available.

Normal delivery times

  • 2nd class 3 - 5 working days (proof of delivery not tracked)
  • 1st class 1 - 3 working days (proof of delivery not tracked)
  • 24 tracked 1-2 working days (Fully tracked on Royal Mail)
  • Courier service next working day (Fully tracked on DPD)

Please note Royal Mail and courier services do not class weekends or bank holidays as a working day. For certain postcodes in Scotland or Ireland we do not offer the next working day courier delivery. If you select courier option for Scotland or Ireland we will send via Royal Mail 24 Tracked to avoid delays unless we have spoken with you about your order. Please get in touch if you are unsure or for a quote. 


eBay's Estimated delivery date are a guide only and not a guarantee. Delivery times can be subject to delay during busy seasons.

If you are in a hurry for your purchase please upgrade your delivery option.

Returns to be made within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. then we will issue you a refund.

Return P&P must be paid for by the customer, unless we have made a mistake. In these circumstances, your p&p costs will be refunded to your paypal account.

For personalised items unless there is a fault in manufacturing returns are not accepted.

Please note that colours may vary to what you see on screen, we produce all of our products as close as possible to the artwork provided. However, due to different screens you may see the colours differently to the true colour of the artwork/product.

If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, the refund will be minus the handling fee eBay charge us. 

This is currently 30p but is subject to change. If there is an issue with the order you receive from us and it requires a refund, this charge will not occur.
