If the item you receive is not right, due to us shipping the incorrect item you can return it to us within 7 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (specially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. PLEASE! do not ship item back by taping the shoe box and adding a label to it, this will result in rejecting your return or exchange , thus its important to ship the item back in a shipping box.. Any items returned for an exchange, buyer will need to pay shipping fee for item back to us and shipping for for exchange item.
