This unit is used and has normal wear. It was previously used in a business/school environment. Item may have some scratches on case and plastics from transport. Item has been tested and is 100% functional hardware wise. Pictures of one from a lot, condition may vary slightly.
Warranty/Returns:
We warranty the item for 15 days hardware wise. We don't guarantee compatibility with programs that are loaded onto it once you get it. We don't guarantee the CMOS battery holds a charge since its a used/wear item. We offer 15 days to return the item. It must be in the same condition as received complete with all accessories. If the item is returned and nothing is found wrong with it hardware wise, we will refund you minus our original shipping charges. We don't guarantee the ability to reload windows. We don't guarantee compatibility with Windows 10 if you try to upgrade it. We highly recommend that you back it up once you get it using windows backup or another program ( may require you to use a USB flash drive) We don't guarantee internet and network connectivity since you may have to configure the laptop to work with your providers like usernames and passwords for users with DSL connections. We don't guarantee the wifi works with your access point because your router may need to support and have enabled wireless b. We do test the wifi and Ethernet port on our XFINITY network prior to shipping ( with wireless b enabled ) Buyer pays return shipping.

Free standard shipping. Faster options available during checkout. $100 shipping charge for AK/HI/US Islands/Apo and PO boxes. We do ship internationally via the global shipping program. Note this item weighs 35lbs and ships in a 22 x 22 x 12 box, hence there is not a lot of room for discounts since we are covering shipping. We can provide discounts for qty buyers since we can combine and save on shipping.
