Our Listings

Merchandise arrives to us in BULK Quantities from large Famous Brand retailers, Department stores or multi-channel venues.

All items listed as New with Tags have been inspected to be of 1st quality meaning, Brand New, no stains, rips or damage and contain brand or retail hang-tags. Tags or Packaging may be bent, Ripped, & we may remove, deface retailer Name and Identifying retailers price ticket.  Original hang-tags will be on items per description and condition.

If Items are Repacked, we will disclose it in Listing description as New "Other", original packaging or hangtag is not included, or we will use our own packaging materials.

Clothing -Soft goods- Lingerie - Handbags or Any product of fabric content may arrive to you wrinkled. We do not iron products for resell. Items Arrive to us in Bulk Quantities and lint May appear on items, we do not dry clean, repair nor do we inspect for odors which can occur during and from retail level, 3rd party warehousing & logistics. Buyer understands that products have been previously exposed for retail from either Department or Chain stores. It is possible to consider that Items have been touched, tried on, or employee handling during this period, not limited to removing inventory from sales floor and channeled to our facility, Possible Incidences may occur such as, fragrance, body, smoke and food odors If Any!  It is buyer's responsibility to always wash, dry clean or air out items before use. Miami Closeouts warehouses and stores products in Plastic bins, we include fabric softeners to keep items fresh and account for moisture.

Image Color may vary depending on your screen monitor, in addition some images May appear brighter/darker due to photo shoot lighting and may have a slight color result. 

Shipping Schedule

Our Process is to ship items in timely and orderly manner.  Please allow up to 48 hours to view tracking details & history.  Clients wishing to expedite their orders, are required to contact us so we can determine or confirm your desired delivery expectation.  Please do not purchase items, then advise us of expedited expectations as all orders purchased are streamlined to process accordingly.  We do not accommodate for local Pickups. Once product has shipped, please allow transit time for products to arrive.  Any delays that can occur are beyond our control.  Please email us if there are any delays so we can trace packages.

Returns

We have 30 days return policy, if for any reason, including the above statement you are not satisfied, we have a No Question Asked Return Policy, simply open a case per eBay’s Automated Return process.  Shipping costs are at buyer’s expense, with the exception of error such as wrong item shipped.  

We do not accept returns for items worn, Missing parts, tags or damaged. Clients that attempt to abuse Policy and return Used items, damage or missing parts are under this notice. We have implemented returns to be monitored by video unboxing which maybe uploaded on YouTube for your review as part of our loss prevention process.

Authenticity Concerns, ALL Branded Items are 100% Authentic.  Clients that deem products are not authentic must submit evidence of such findings, and not attempt to abuse a return policy.  If you have concerns, please contact us so we can supply you with re-seller documentation and address your concern. 

International Buyers: 

It is your responsibility to track package and continue to contact your postal service.  Packages may arrive at postal or custom office and held for your clearance.  Please print your tracking details as you may need to clear customs. Any additional fees/ tariffs imposed by customs are at buyer’s expense to comply with your country regulation policy.
