If you want to reduce the effects of condensation, then this is not only a good vapour barrier (if fully sealed using the foil tape) but also adds thermal insulation to cold surfaces! This has better insulation properties than 35mm of polystyrene, it is easier to cut and bend and even fix in place, with either staples, contact adhesive or sticky pads/tape (not supplied)!
